Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final. Once credits have been added to your account, they are non-refundable except in the circumstances described below. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
  • Service Failure: If the Service was completely unavailable and you were unable to use any credits for an extended period (more than 7 days) due to issues on our end.
  • Unauthorised Transaction: If a payment was made without your authorisation, subject to verification.

3. Credits Are Not Refunded For

  • Videos that were successfully generated but did not meet your creative expectations
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Credits remaining in an account you choose to close
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions

4. Video Generation Failures

Credits are only deducted upon successful video generation. If a video generation attempt fails for any technical reason, no credits are deducted from your account. You may retry the generation at no additional cost.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Service with your registered email address, the date of the transaction, the amount paid, and the reason for your request. We will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The timing depends on your bank or card issuer. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

7. Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us first. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms as well.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
