1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, mobile number (optional), and photographs you upload. We also collect usage data such as video generation history, credit transactions, and interaction logs necessary to provide the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; process payments via Razorpay; generate AI videos from your photographs; communicate service updates and support; prevent fraud and abuse; and improve the Service.

3. Photographs and Generated Videos

Photographs you upload are stored securely and used solely to generate your requested video. Generated videos are stored and associated with your account. By default, videos created by free users are shared in the community Inspiration gallery. Paid users may set any video to private at any time. We do not use your photographs to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond the AI generation service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase for database and authentication; Razorpay for payment processing (subject to their privacy policy); Kie.ai for AI video generation. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

5. Data Retention Policy

We retain different types of data for different periods:

• Generated Videos: Available for 14 days from the date of creation. After 14 days, the video is permanently deleted from our servers. Please download or save your video before expiry.
• Uploaded Photographs & Activity Logs: Retained for 1 month from the date of upload. After this period, they are permanently deleted.
• Account Data (name, email, credits): Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Payment Records: Retained for 3 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

You are responsible for saving your generated videos before they expire. We do not provide recovery of expired content.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage and secure access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Service.

8. Cookies

We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service.
